Mary Moyer

Mary Lou Moyer, age 75, of Burnettsville, passed away Friday April 29, 2022, in her residence.

Born August 4, 1946, in Logansport to the late James H. and Mary K. (Byers) Zeider. On November 25, 1992, in Idaville, IN, she married Ralph Thomas “Tom” Moyer who survives.

Mary was a retired heavy equipment operator and a member of Operating Engineers Local #103. She was also a member of the Monticello Eagles and American Legion clubs.

Survivors include her husband Tom and two sons, Randy Higgins, Logansport; Ryan Higgins; Plainfield; step son, Mark (Tammy) Moyer, Logansport; Kimberly (Rex) Neuendorf, Royal Center; sister, Susie (Raymond) Artrip, Logansport; brother, James “Bub” Zeider, Royal Center; sister-in-law, Jeanne Baker, Royal Center;  twelve grandchildren, Emily Higgins, Katelyn Smith, Ethan Thomas, Eli Thomas, Elaina Thomas, Ron Moyer, Dalton Eades, Cameron Eades, Miranda Higgins, Kylee Williamson, Katrina Neuendorf and Malorie Neuendorf; one great grandchild, Kolby Beebout; several nieces and nephews.

Mary was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Katie Higgins and Marlee Higgins.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday May 7, 2022, in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Dirk Raderstorf officiating. A private burial will be held at a later date, in Davis Cemetery.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 am Saturday until time of services at the funeral home.
