Michelle Smith

Michelle L. Smith, 50, of Logansport passed away Friday, July 5, 2014 at Chase Nursing and Convalescent Center in Logansport.

Born December 8, 1963 in Fort Wayne, IN to Jack D. and Carol Ann (Doctor) Smith. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Surviving is her mother, Carol Ann Smith, Logansport; sister, Lisa Ann (David) Whitesell, Dublin, OH; three nieces, Amie Thomas, Briana Thompson, Alexandria Thompson; nephew, Nathanial (Collene) Thomas; several aunts and uncles.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 9, 2014 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Larry DeVoss officiating. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park cemetery in Logansport.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services.

Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or your favorite charity.
