Nila Roller

Nila Jean Roller, 86, Logansport, passed away July 14, 2016 at 11:30 pm in Millers Merry Manor.

Born June 26, 1930 in Fulton, IN to the late Dewey and Anna (McGrew) Centers. On June 12, 1948 in Logansport she married Thomas L. Roller who preceded her in death on January 15, 2007.

Jean was a retired beauty operator. She was a member of V.F.W. Post #3790 Ladies Auxiliary and an avid bowler, participating in several local and state tournaments. Jean loved playing games, such as bunko and especially card games like euchre. She enjoyed traveling to Vegas and the Casino boat now and then.

Survivors include two daughters, Connie L. (Ron) Morris and Debra A, (Bill) Drinkwine, both of Logansport; one daughter-in-law, Debra Roller, Logansport; one sister, Evelyn Clara Sizemore, Logansport; nine grandchildren,   28 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday July 19, 2016 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Aaron Gross officiating.

Visitation will be held from 4 – 8 pm Monday July 18, 2016 at the Gundrum Funeral Home and one hour prior to services on Tuesday.

Memorials may be made to the Guardian Angel Hospice, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
