Norma Lowpasser

Norma Gene Lowpasser, 80, of Logansport, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2013 in her residence.

Born on April 20, 1933 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Francis M. and Frances E. (Benifield) Walters. On March 22, 1957 in Blunt County, Tennessee she married Charles C. Lowpasser who survives.

Mrs. Lowpasser was a homemaker.

Surviving along with her husband is one daughter, Joyce Miels, Kokomo; son, Vernon (Lisa) Lowpasser, Lenoir City, TN; six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and eight great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Marilyn Hite.

A funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM Tuesday, August 20, 2013 in the Mount Hope Cemetery Chapel, with Rev. Buddy Holder officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon until the time of service on Tuesday at the cemetery chapel.
