Oneta L. McFatridge, 79, Logansport, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2015 in her residence.

Born April 15, 1936 in Adamsboro, IN, she was the daughter to the late Rennie and Athalia (Reprogle) Erwin.

On September 2, 1967 in Logansport she married Arthur L. McFatridge Sr. who preceded in death March 16, 2008.

Oneta worked at R.B.M until 1968 then became a full time homemaker. She was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Women's Auxillary. She loved her family and was very proud of her children and grandchildren's accomplishments.

Oneta loved making quilts, and afghans fo her family, especially when a new grandchild came about. Her family was her life.

Surviving is one daughter, Vicky McFatridge; one son, Wayne Arthur (Gina) McFatridge, both of Logansport; one son, Kevin McFatridge preceded in death; step sons, Steve (Sally) McFatridge, California; Arthur McFatridge Jr. and wife Marie, Alabama; Mitch (Cathy) McFatridge, Illinois;  a step daughter who preceded in death, Janice Moser; grandchildren, Kiley Renee (Ed) Nason; Aaron Wayne (Heather) McFatridge; Jayci McFatridge; Ashley Oneta (Curtis) Wilson; Crystal Lee Turbin; great grandchildren, Cameron McFatridge; Andrew McFatridge; Kya Turbin; Zoey Nason; and an expected baby Wilson arriving in November; step grandchildren, Heather (Jason) Gelnette; Hilary (Will) Shen; Kristen (Buck) Carmichael; Kasi Heckman who preceded in death; Sarah, Rachel, Meaghan, Eryn, and Shawn McFatridge; Angie (Mike) Moore.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Chaplain Robert Hackler officiating.  Burial will be in the Hopewell Cemetery, Deer Creek.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Tuesday.

Memorials may be made to Serenity Hospice.
