Paul T. Piercy, 80, Logansport, died at 1:50 a.m. Friday, July 30, 2010, in his residence.
Born June 21, 1930 in Cass County he was the son of Alex A. Piercy and Hattie Susan Harlan. He was married Dec. 31, 1949, in Walton to Levellia M. Townsend.
Paul retired in 1987 from Delco Electronics after 23 years of service.
He was a member of Bethel Temple Church. Paul enjoyed woodworking, John Deere tractors and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife, Levellia M. Piercy, Logansport; daughters, Vicki Albright and husband, Glen, Rochester, and Paula Moore and husband, Robin, Peru; sisters, Ann Smiley and husband, Kenneth, and Mellie S. Miller Gunion, all of Logansport; five grandchildren, Bryan Albright and wife, Kristy, Rochester, Tina Paschen and husband, Michael, Lucerne, Travis Albright and wife, Emilee, Kewanna, Domonique Moore and Tom Scheiter, Peru, Michael Moore and wife, Lacy, Peru; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers; two sisters; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Bethel Temple Church in Logansport with the Revs. Buddy Holder and Bruce Russell.
Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Gundrum Funeral Home and one hour before services Monday at the church.
