Pauline Lenon

Services for Pauline Lenon, age 100, of Logansport will be held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, September 27, 2008 in the Gundrum Funeral Home. She died Wednesday, September 24, 2008 on her 100th birthday at 8:15 P.M. in Woodbridge Health Campus, Logansport, IN.
Born September 24, 1908 in Fulton County Indiana, she was the Daughter of Henry Swartzlander and Neva Fern Tolen. She was married to Winfield Lenon in South Bend on November 21, 1936. He preceded her in death on May 27, 1979.
One sister Opal Herron and two brother’s Kenneth and Donald Swartzlander preceded her in death.
She worked for the Roscoe Martin Insurance Agency and Later at Farmers and Merchants Bank Retiring December 31, 1973. She was a long time member of Cross Wind United Methodist Church.
She was a graduate of Logansport High School the class of 1927 and also graduated from Indiana Business College.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews & several great nieces & nephews.
Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery with Rev. Gary Lewis officiating.
Friends may call at the Funeral Home one hour prior to services Saturday.
