Penny Dearinger

Penny L. Dearinger , 58, of Logansport, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022 in her residence.

Born on July 25, 1964, in Logansport, she is the daughter of the late John and Alice (Sherman) Rance.  On July 8, 1983, in Royal Center, Penny married Thomas P. Dearinger who survives.

Penny loved being a wife, mother, and grandma. She enjoyed decorating her home for seasons and holidays. Penny also loved spending time with her family.

Surviving along with her husband Tom, is a son, Justin (Kailynn) Dearinger of Lafayette; daughter, Tasha (Brandon) Conrad of Logansport; five grandchildren, Boston Gunter, Brayden Gunter, Bowdyn Dearinger Oliver Dearinger and Maci Dearinger; great grandson, Osiris Gunter; five sisters, Deb Preston, Diana Mahaffey, June Frank Jackie Finster, Brenda Hamilton; brother, David Rance.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy Rance.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Hillcrest Baptist Church from 1:00 - 1:45 pm Thursday August 25, 2022 with a short message from the Pastor to follow. A private burial will be held in Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.
