Phyllis Romig

Phyllis A. Romig, 75, of Logansport, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Milller's Merry Manor in Logansport.

Born January 21, 1941 in Hammond, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Bush) Lang e.  On July 1, 1961 in Logansport she married John H. Romig who preceded in death on June 12, 2003.

Phyllis was a homemaker. She enjoyed going to garage sales, crocheting and ceramics. She also cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are three sons, Bob (Sue) Romig, Ambrose, TX; James Romig; an Bryan (Christy) Romig, both of Logansport; five sisters, Jeanette Smith, Valley Springs, CA; June Simmons, Rensselaer, IN; Marjorie Armour, Frankfort, IN;Sandra Northcutt, Wolcott, IN; Bonnie Bledsoe, Galveston, IN; brother, Donald Lange, Logansport; three grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, a brother, and a grandson.

A Celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 6, 2016 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Shawn Tague officiating.  Burial will be In Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Logansport.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday.
