Randy Emerson Alcorn

Randy Emerson Alcorn, age 59, of Logansport, passed away Thursday Jan. 2, 2025, in his residence.

Born March 24, 1965, in Logansport, IN to the late Fred C. and Shelby (Randolph) Alcorn. On September 3, 1999, in Brown County, IN he married Rhonetta L. Rouch who survives.

Randy was a truck driver. He was an avid woodworker and enjoyed being outside, especially while riding his tractor. Randy was diehard NASCAR Fan and a United State Army Veteran

Survivors, including his wife Rhonetta, are one son, Randy (Sierra) Alcorn III, Osceola, IN; one daughter, Megan (Ryan) Jones, Royal Center, IN; three stepdaughters, Jean Mills, Logansport, IN; Tara (Aram) Batchelor, Twelve Mile, IN; Heather (Buddy) Grigsby, Logansport, IN; one brother, Fred (Kathy) Alcorn Jr., Melton, FL; sister in law, Cheryl Alcorn, Logansport, IN; 20 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Kenneth Alcorn and grandson Ray L. Lincoln III.

A celebration of life will be held at 10: 30 am Tuesday Jan. 7, 2025, in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Losier officiating. A burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.

A visitation will be held from 3-7 PM Monday Jan. 6, 2025, in the Gundrum Funeral Home

Memorial contributions may be made to the Riley Children’s Hospital Foundation for Cancer Research or the Fulton Baptist Church.
