Robert Masters

Robert D. Masters, 54, Kokomo, and formerly of Logansport, died at
7:15 p.m. Monday, May 23, 2011, at Methodist Hospital. He was born
Aug. 11, 1956, in Logansport, to Harold D. and Virginia
(Swartzlander) Masters.
Bob was a graduate of Logansport High School and a member of
the United Auto Workers Union. He was a skilled trades worker at
Delco Electronics. Bob loved sports and was an avid golfer.
He is survived by his sons, Evan Masters, Kokomo, and Robert
Masters and wife Katrina, Walton; mother, Virginia A. Masters,
Logansport; sister, Judith K. Brew and husband Jeff, Logansport;
grandchildren, Lacy, Braxton, Luke and Mia Masters, Walton;
nephews, William Bailey, Monticello, and Brian Sanders and wife Shannon, Edmond,
Okla.; niece, Christina Bailey, Logansport; and a very special niece,
Angela Sanders, Logansport.
One sister, Diana Lynn Todd, preceded him in death.
Services are 3 p.m. Saturday at Gundrum Funeral Home, 1603 E.
Broadway, Logansport, with Pastor Bill Collins officiating. Burial will
be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to
3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
