Services for Rosemary McGuire Putnam Snay, 59, of Logansport, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Gundrum Funeral Home.

She went to be with her Lord and Savior at 5:55 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2006, in Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis.

Born Jan. 20, 1947, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Dalton Raymond and Mary Jane Hankee McGuire. She was married Aug. 9, 1989, in Logansport, to Tom Snay Sr., who survives.

Mrs. Snay was a psychiatric attendant at the Logansport State Hospital.

Rosemary attended Riverview Church of God.

She enjoyed bingo, spending time with her family and friends, and especially her grandchildren. She was a tremendous cook.

Also surviving are one daughter, Melissa Yocum and her husband, Rick, Logansport; number one son, Rick Putnam, Logansport; three stepdaughters, Theresa Rowe, Jane Coghill and Jennifer Snay, all of Logansport; one stepson, Tom Snay Jr., Logansport; one sister, Donna Davis and her husband, John, Macy; two brothers, James David McGuire and Michael McGuire, both of Logansport; one brother-in-law, Grant Putnam, Logansport; two grandchildren, Chelsea Yocum and Chris VanMeter, both of Logansport; several stepgrandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and close friends, Barbara Phillips, Joyce Johnson, Jane Gordon, Mike Donnelly and Christy Forshee.

One brother, Junior McGuire, and four sisters, Virginia Putnam, Elizabeth McGuire, Margaret Ellen McGuire and Nancy Jane McGuire, preceded in death.

Pastor Jim Sparks will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Liver Foundation.
