Ruth Camp

Services for Ruth Margaret Camp, 77, Logansport, will be at 10 a.m.
Saturday in Gundrum Funeral Home.
She died at 11:57 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2009, in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis.
Born Feb. 23, 1932, in Logansport, she was the daughter of George Jacob and Emma Faye Reynolds Weaver. She was married Aug. 27, 1947, in Logansport, to Howard J. “Cotton” Camp, who preceded in death Nov. 17, 1970.
Ruth was a homemaker.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are daughters, Jean Ridenour and husband, Robert, and Peggy Hayden and husband, William, all of Logansport; sons, Michael H. Camp and companion, Janice, and Mark E. Camp and wife, Teresa, all of Logansport; sisters, Dorothy E. Camp, and Mildred Starkey, both of Logansport; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Dale Edwin Weaver, Robert Wayne and Frederick Allen Weaver; one sister, Marjorie June Weaver; one great-grandson, Noah Michael Ridenour; two nephews; and one niece.
The Rev. Ryan Lewellen will officiate. Burial will be in Davis Cemetery, Burnettsville.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
