Services for Steve Hamilton, 82, Logansport, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in All Saints Catholic Church.
He died at 2:06 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, 2007, in the Emergency Room at Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Born June 2, 1925, in Walton, he was the son of Stephen D. and Addie Pearl Lainhart Hamilton. He was married Dec. 27, 1947, in Pulaski, to Frances M. Worley, who survives.
Steve retired in 1975 from Kains Motor Freight Company. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in World War II.
Steve was a member of the American Legion Post 418, a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3790 and a Green Fez member of the Logansport Shrine Club.
Also surviving are two sons, Gordon E. Hamilton, Logansport, and Donald Hamilton and his wife, Deb, Walton; a daughter, Suzanne Williams, Wilcox, Ariz.; one sister, Rose Mary Hipskind, Ventura, Calif.; one brother, John D. Hamilton, Logansport; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Two sisters and three brothers preceded in death.
Rev. Mr. Juan Rodriguez will officiate at the services. Burial, with full military graveside rites, will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
