Steven Penn

Steven Lee Penn, 50, Logansport, died at 11:47 a.m. Friday Oct. 15, 2010, at St. Vincent Heart Center in Carmel.

He was born Dec. 5, 1959, in Logansport to Phillip L. Penn and Sandra S. Snyder Penn. Steven was married to Vicky Haynes on March 9, 1990.

He worked for Gangloff Industries and enjoyed farming, trucking and hunting.

He is survived by wife, Vicky; daughters, Stephanie Rusk and husband, Luke, and Shannon Penn, all of Logansport; sons, Jordan Penn, Logansport, and Courtney Pearson, Fort Wayne; father, Phillip L. Penn and wife, Terri, Logansport; brother, Timothy R. Penn and wife, Fonda, Monticello; brother, Dennis O. Penn and wife, JoAnn, Flora; brother Boyd E. Penn and wife, Linda, Minnesota; brother, Charles P. Penn, Logansport; stepsisters, Kristi Homburg and husband, Paul Jr., Clymers, Beth Justice, Logansport, and Jodie Keeler, Texas; and eight grandchildren.

Steven was preceded in death by grandson, Porter L. Rusk; and mother, Sandra Penn.

Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at Gundrum Funeral Home with Dr. Horace Smith officiating.

Burial is in Burrows Cemetery in Burrows.

Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
