Susie Pugh

Susie O. Pugh, 96, Logansport, died at 8:23 a.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Logansport.

Born Sept. 26, 1915, in Franklin County, Va., she was the daughter of Charles T. Scott and Bessie Fisher.

She was married Dec. 11, 1934, in Logansport, to Russell J. Pugh, who preceded her in death Sept. 25, 1985.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son, Jerry L. Pugh, Logansport; daughter, Phyllis Rogers, Hamilton, Ohio; five grandchildren, Tammy Wilkinson and husband, Ed, Logansport, Dr. Vicki Simpson and husband, Alan, Lafayette, Ric Shoff, Lafayette, Kim Case, Lafayette, and Chris Shoff, West Lafayette; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, three sisters and a son, Don A. Pugh.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Gundrum Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Logansport.

Visitation will be from noon until time of services Friday at the funeral home.
