Services for Thomas Lee Roller, 79, Logansport, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Gundrum Funeral Home.
He died at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, 2007, in his residence.
Born May 13, 1927, in Logansport, he was the son of David Willis and Anna Snowdell Roller. He was married June 12, 1948, in Logansport, to Nila Jean Centers, who survives.
Tom retired from Rockwell International in 1984 after 31 years of service.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #3790, American Legion Post # 60, Eagles Lodge #323 and the Steel Workers Local Union #3261.
Tom also was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II.
Tom was very proud of the fact he had another great-grandchild on the way that would carry his name into the future.
Also surviving are two daughters, Connie L. Morris and her husband, Ron, Peru, and Debra Drinkwine and her husband, Bill, Logansport; one son, Thomas Michael Roller and his wife, Deborah L., Logansport; one brother, James Roller and his wife, Rosa, Logansport; five sisters, Irma Depoy, Carol Drummond and her husband, Jerry, Eleanor Kay Rush, and Linda Gable and her husband, Bob, all of Logansport, and Barbara Vester, Westfield; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
One brother, Glen Roller, and one sister, Rhea Weaver, preceded in death.
The Rev. Aaron Gross will officiate at the services. Burial, with full military graveside rites, will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
