Troy L. Newell

Troy L. Newell, 92, of Royal Center, passed away Saturday September 14, 2024, in Millers Merry Manor of Logansport.

Born April 28, 1932, in Bristol Virginia, she was the daughter to the late Charles Baker and Nancy (Murray) Black.

Troy was the former owner of T-Bone and T-Roy’s in Royal Center.

Surviving is one daughter, Judy Moore, Logansport; one son, Jeff Blount, Royal Center; granddaughter, Shae N. Moore, Logansport; two great granddaughters, Madison Berry, Logansport; Alyviah Vernon, Logansport; great grandson, Alex Bell, Logansport; and great great granddaughter, Ava Berry.

Troy was preceded in death by one son, Joel Stanley Blount, granddaughter, Lindsay C. Moore, and her parents.

Per Troy’s request there will be no services and a private burial will take place in Davis Cemetery, Burnettsville, IN.
