Wanda J. Lytle

Wanda J. Lytle, age 80, of Monticello, passed away Friday July 19, 2024, at 11:43 pm in her residence.

Born August 29, 1943, in Logansport, IN to the late Paul Snyder and Julia M. (Gellinger) Lind. On February 27, 1988, in Burnettsville, IN she married Edward E. Lytle who survives.

Wanda was a former Loan Officer for the State Bank of Burnettsville. She enjoyed reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors, including her husband Edward, are one daughter, Lisa K. (Joseph) Rasmussen, Willis, TX; one son, Mark D. Shafer and family friend Tracy Adamson, Logansport, IN; four step daughters, Michelle (Mark) Mills, Delphi, IN; Fawn Lytle, Monticello, IN; Kelly (Rick) Kallner, Lebanon, IN; Colleen (Bob) Scherer, Warsaw, IN; one step son, Steve Lytle, Monticello, IN; one sister, Ruth Garr, Elk Mound, WI; fourteen grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. 

Wanda was preceded in death by 4 sisters and two brothers.

A celebration of life will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday July 25, 2024, in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Keith Raderstorf officiating. A burial will follow in the Davis Cemetery at Burnettsville, IN.

A visitation will be held from 3 – 7 pm in the Gundrum Funeral Home on Wednesday July 24, 2024.
