Waneta M. Hartman, 82 of Camden, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 10:37 pm in her daughters residence in Flora, Indiana.
Born April 14, 1930 in Frankfort, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Sadie Holcom Clear. On April 20, 1946 in Logansport, Waneta married Edward A. Hartman who preceded in death on November 13, 1987.
Waneta was a homemaker. She was a member of WCTU, also an avid gardener, and enjoyed babysitting, teaching Sunday school, and quilting.
Surviving her are three daughters, Linda (Dr. Mark) Kaldahl, Mississippi; Rita (James) Weiand, Flora; and Susan (Ed) Eiler, Delphi; One brother, James Clear, Logansport; One sister, Carolyn Walls, Logansport; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Edward Leon "Red" Hartman, and nine siblings, Eugene Camp, Howard Camp, John Clear, Ralph Clear, Maurice Clear, Ruby Clear, Robert Clear Katheryn Clear and Glea Alice Clear.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 22, 2013 in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Gottschalk and Dr. Mark Kaldahl officiating. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 21, 2013 also in the Funeral Home.
